Water Management Act 1999

Nothing in this Part entitles a person to take water –

contrary to – a water management plan; or a licence; or a permission under section 90; or an authorisation under section 90A; or a notice under section 92(1); or a temporary transfer under section 103; or an authorisation under section 123A; or an order under section 124A; or a permit under section 135C; or a direction under section 280D; or in excess of the person's reasonable requirements.
