53 Power to make by-laws
Where the undertakers have no power under the Local Government Act 1993 to make by-laws, they may with the approval of the Minister and the consent of the Governor make by-laws for the purposes of this Act or of the special Act.
By-laws made under this section shall be kept posted by the undertakers in some public place within the water district.
By-laws made under this section shall, upon publication in the Gazette, have the force of law within the limits of the special Act, and shall be enforceable in the same manner as by-laws made under the Local Government Act 1993.
