16 Wellington Park Management Fund
There is established a fund to be known as the Wellington Park Management Fund.
The Fund consists of – money appropriated by Parliament for the purposes of the Trust; and money received by the Trust by way of fees and charges imposed under this Act; and money derived by the Trust from – licences issued under this Act in respect of any part of Wellington Park; or the sale or disposal by the Trust of any property that the Trust has power to sell or dispose of; and other money received from any other source by the Trust.
The Fund is to be administered by the Trust.
