34 Notable places, &c.
The Trust may, with the consent of the owner of any land affected, erect and maintain guide-posts to any place, building, structure, tree or object of historical, archaeological, architectural, scientific or scenic interest.
Except with the consent of the Trust, a person must not remove, destroy, damage or disfigure anything erected or maintained under this section. Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
