Current

An authorized officer may require any person to produce any document relevant to the management of Wellington Park issued to the person under this or any other Act.

A person must not fail or refuse to produce a document when required to do so by an authorized officer under subsection (1). Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months, or both.
