Production of permits

Current

An authorized officer may require a person to produce a permit granted to him under this Act.

A person who, when required under subsection (1) to produce a permit, fails or refuses to do so, is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
