66 Regulations
The Governor may make regulations for the purposes of this Act, except for the purpose of regulating the procedure to be followed in making an application to the Court under, or for the purposes of, this Act.
The regulations may be made so as to apply differently according to such factors as are specified in the regulations.
The regulations may authorise any matter to be from time to time determined, applied or regulated by any person or body specified in the regulations.
