A WHS entry permit holder must not enter a workplace unless he or she –

also holds an entry permit under the Fair Work Act relevant to that workplace; or is entitled to enter that workplace pursuant to section 77 of the Industrial Relations Act 1984.

WHS civil penalty provision.

Fine not exceeding $10 000.
