131 Application for WHS entry permit
A union may apply to the regulator for the issue of a WHS entry permit to a person who is an official of the union.
The application must specify the person who is to hold the WHS entry permit and include a statutory declaration by that person declaring that – he or she is an official of the union; and he or she has satisfactorily completed the prescribed training; and he or she – holds, or will hold, an entry permit under the Fair Work Act; or is entitled to enter workplaces pursuant to section 77 of the Industrial Relations Act 1984.
