Offence to assault, threaten or intimidate inspector

Current

A person must not directly or indirectly assault, threaten or intimidate, or attempt to assault, threaten or intimidate, an inspector or a person assisting an inspector.

In the case of – an individual, a fine not exceeding $50 000 or a term of imprisonment not exceeding 2 years, or both; or a body corporate, a fine not exceeding $250 000.
