15 Health surveillance reports
In this regulation – health surveillance record means a record of health surveillance results that was, immediately before the 2012 commencement day, required to be kept in accordance with regulation 22(6) of the former regulations.
A health surveillance record is taken to be a health monitoring report for the purposes of regulation 378 of the new regulations.
