Time limit for taking proceedings

Current

Except as provided by subsection (2) of this section, proceedings in respect of offences against section forty-six may be commenced only within three years after the commission of the offence.

Proceedings in respect of offences against paragraph (a) or paragraph (d) of subsection (1) of section forty-six may be commenced at any time.
