3 Interpretation
In this notice – Act means the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988; occupational asthma includes immunologically mediated asthma;Safe Work Australia has the same meaning as in section 26 of the Act.
The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this notice as if it were rules.
