23 Prescribed service and prescribed persons
For the purpose of section 77A(3) of the Act –
a prescribed service is the assessment of the degree of a worker's impairment in accordance with section 72 of the Act; and the class of persons prescribed to provide that service are accredited medical practitioners who are accredited to assess the degree of a worker's impairment.
