1 Details of agreement
The details of the agreement, including—
(a)
the registration number of the Aboriginal intangible heritage, if applicable; and
(b)
the period for which the agreement applies; and
(c)
a detailed description of the uses and activities permitted by the agreement; and
(d)
details of remuneration, compensation or commercial arrangements to be enforced by the agreement; and
(e)
dispute resolution procedures; and
(f)
review and variation clauses.
