3 Land management activities
A list of land management activities which are permissible under the agreement, including for each activity—
(a)
a description of the activity; and
(b)
a description of permissible ancillary works associated with the activity; and
(c)
a description of the likely impact on the land of the activity and any associated ancillary works.
