3 Definitions
In this Act—
Agent-General means Agent-General for Victoria appointed under section 4;
Commissioner means a Commissioner for Victoria appointed under section 4;
post territory means a country in respect of which the Agent-General or Commissioner is required by or under this Act to perform functions and carry out duties;

Secretary means Secretary to the Department of State Development, Business and Innovation.
