Functions and powers generally

(1)

A Committee has the functions specified in its constituting Order and any other functions conferred on it by or under this Act.

(2)

A Committee has power to do all things necessary or convenient for achieving its objectives and performing its functions, and also has the powers specified in its constituting Order and any other powers conferred on it by or under this Act.
