Use of proceeds of charges

In force

A Committee must only pay money received from a charge imposed on producers, other than the first charge imposed by the Committee, in accordance with—

(a)

the recommendations of an action plan in relation to a project that has been approved by the majority of votes cast by producers present or voting by proxy at a general meeting of producers; or

(b)

a project plan for a project that has been approved by the majority of votes cast by producers present or voting by proxy at a general meeting of producers; or

(c)

section 39A.
