Offences relating to polls

In force

A person must not—

(a)

give false or misleading information to the Victorian Electoral Commission for a poll conducted under this Act in relation to the issue of duplicate ballot papers; or

(b)

insert false details on a return envelope for a poll conducted under this Act.

5 penalty units.
