60 Evidentiary provisions
In proceedings under this Act—
(a)
a statement by a person that he or she is an authorised officer under this Act is, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, proof of that fact;
(b)
it shall be presumed, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, that the requirements of this Act in relation to the making of Orders were complied with in relation to the making of a particular Order.
