40 Revocation of suspension
(1)
The Board may at the request of the person concerned or on its own initiative revoke the suspension of the person's registration.

(2)
The Board may at the request of the company or a member of the partnership concerned or on its own initiative revoke the suspension of the company's or partnership's approval.
(3)
The Board must without delay give written notice of the revocation to the person, partnership or company concerned.
