73 Existing registrations
(1)
A person who immediately before the date of commencement of Part 3 was registered as an architect under the Architects Act 1958 must be taken to be registered as an architect under this Act.
(2)
A firm which immediately before the date of commencement of Part 3 was included in the register under the Architects Act 1958 must be taken to be an approved architectural partnership under this Act.
(3)
A company which immediately before the date of commencement of Part 3 was included in the register under the Architects Act 1958 must be taken to be an approved architectural company under this Act.
