79 Transitional and savings provisions—Building and Environment Protection Legislation Amendment Act 2020
The substitution of section 10(a) by section 3 of the amending Act applies in relation to an application for registration as an architect made to the Board under section 9—
on or after the commencement of section 3 of the amending Act; and
before the commencement of section 3 of the amending Act if the application has not been determined before that commencement.
The amendment made to section 49 by section 12 of the amending Act only applies to a member of the Board appointed on or after the commencement of section 12 of the amending Act.
In this section—
amending Act means the Building and Environment Protection Legislation Amendment Act 2020.
