9 Application for registration
An application for registration as an architect may be made to the Board.
S. 9(2) substituted by No. 35/2004 s. 7.
An application must—
be in the prescribed form; and
state each prescribed class of registration sought; and
be in accordance with the regulations; and
be accompanied by the relevant prescribed fee; and
if the applicant is required by an order under section 17A to be covered by insurance, include proof that the applicant is covered by the required insurance.
The Board may require an applicant to provide further information or material.
