1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe—
(a)
the manner of serving a summons under the Australian Crime Commission (State Provisions) Act 2003; and
(b)
the form of a warrant to apprehend a person under that Act; and
(c)
the form of a search warrant under that Act.
