Prescribed method of calculation of payment

For the purposes of section 41(1) of the Act—

(a)

the prescribed amount for 2026 is $200 000; and

(b)

the prescribed method of calculation for each year after 2026 is—

200 000 × 1·03^(Y-2026)

where—

Y is the current year.
