31 Regulations
The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to any of the following—
prescribing a person or body as an authority;
prescribing a section of this Act as applying to an authority;
the form of securities issued under this Act in Australia;
the issue of securities under this Act in Australia;
the rights attached to securities issued under this Act in Australia;
the keeping of registers of securities issued under this Act in Australia;
fees payable for inspection of or to obtain copies of or extracts from registers kept in Australia of securities issued under this Act in Australia;
the sale and transfer of securities issued under this Act in Australia;
any other matter or thing required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed or necessary to be prescribed to give effect to this Act.
The regulations may—
be of general or limited application;
differ according to differences in time, place or circumstances.
