167 Prescribed mandatory notification stages for construction or alteration of building
For the purposes of the definition of mandatory notification stage in section 3(1) of the Act, in relation to the construction of a new building or alteration to an existing building, the following stages of building work are prescribed—
before placing a footing;
before pouring an in situ reinforced concrete member that is specified in the relevant building permit by the relevant building surveyor;
the completion of framework;
during the carrying out of building work specified in the relevant building permit by the relevant building surveyor for the purposes of any inspection required by regulation 172;
final, on the completion of all building work.
