Division 4—Display and inspection requirements for occupancy permits
198Approved location for display of permit
(1)
Subject to subregulation (3), the relevant building surveyor must ensure that a location approved within a building for the purposes of regulation 197 is in a prominent position and is accessible to the occupants of the building.
(2)
The relevant building surveyor must ensure that a location approved within a place of public entertainment for the purposes of regulation 197 is in a prominent position and is accessible to the public.
(3)
In a building of a class of building referred to in regulation 281, the location approved for the purposes of regulation 197 may be in an area to which access is available only with the authorisation of the owner of the building.
