In force

In addition to the requirements of section 73 of the Act, the relevant building surveyor must within 7 days—

(a)

after issuing a certificate of final inspection, give to the relevant council a copy of the certificate; and

(b)

after issuing an occupancy permit or a certificate of final inspection, give to the relevant council the approved dates of the inspections carried out of the mandatory notification stages of building work carried out on the building or land.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
