Issue of building permit

In force

(1)

A building permit must be in the form of Form 2.

(2)

A building permit must be signed by the relevant building surveyor.

(3)

The relevant building surveyor must include on the building permit—

(a)

the commencement date and completion date of the building work; and

(b)

the mandatory notification stages for inspecting that building work.
