8BKnowledge of the law
A person applying for registration as a building surveyor or building inspector must be able to demonstrate that the person has a good working knowledge of the Act, these Regulations and any other laws relevant to the work authorised to be carried out by a registered building surveyor or a registered building inspector under that class or category of registration.
