64D Safe Transport Victoria must coordinate and support implementation of policy

Safe Transport Victoria must provide training, guidance and support to transport safety officers for the purpose of coordinating and supporting the implementation of the monitoring, compliance and enforcement policy.

In addition, Safe Transport Victoria may coordinate and support the implementation of the policy in any other manner Safe Transport Victoria determines to be appropriate.
