30N Allocation statement
A statement under section 30M—
S. 30N(1)(a) amended by Nos 61/2011 s. 25(Sch. 1 item 1.3), 49/2019 s. 186(Sch. 4 item 5.19(a)).
must allocate relevant property to or between the State and such persons as the Head, Transport for Victoria nominates in writing; and
S. 30N(1)(b) amended by Nos 61/2011 s. 25(Sch. 1 item 1.10), 49/2019 s. 186(Sch. 4 item 5.19(b)).
must be signed by the Head, Transport for Victoria.
If a statement under this section is approved by the Minister—
the Minister must sign the statement; and
the statement is an allocation statement for the purposes of this Division.

The Minister may at any time direct the Head, Transport for Victoria to amend a statement given under this section as specified in the direction.
An allocation statement under this section may be amended in writing signed by the Minister.
The Minister, by notice published in the Government Gazette, may fix the relevant date for the purposes of an allocation statement under this section.
In this section, statement and allocation statement include a statement or allocation statement amended in accordance with this section.
