17AB Register previously kept under section 24 of the Sex Work Act 1994
(1)
On and from the repeal of section 24 of the Sex Work Act 1994, the register kept under that section—
(a)
is closed; and
(b)
is to be kept by the Authority under this Act as a historical register.
(2)
The register may only be inspected by—
(a)
the Director; or
(b)
members or staff of the Authority.
(3)
The register is an exempt document within the meaning of section 5(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 to which section 38 of that Act applies.
