Saving of regulations under the Sex Work Act 1994

Current

Despite the repeal of the Sex Work Act 1994 by the Sex Work Decriminalisation Act 2022, the Sex Work (Fees) Regulations 2014 continue in operation as if they had been made under this Act and may be amended or revoked accordingly.
