Reporting obligations

In force

(1)

Despite anything to the contrary in any other Act, a care support organisation must prepare a report on its compliance with its obligations under section 11.

(2)

A report required under this section must—

(a)

be included in the care support organisation's annual report; and

(b)

relate to the period to which the annual report relates; and

(c)

include any additional information required by the regulations.
