137 Offence to make false statement in application to Secretary
A person must not make a false statement in an application for—
(a)
a cremation approval; or
(b)
an approval to cremate bodily remains at a place other than a crematorium in a public cemetery.
- 600 penalty units or 5 years imprisonment or both.
