151 Application for interment or cremation of body parts
A person who wishes body parts to be interred or cremated in a public cemetery may apply to the cemetery trust responsible for that public cemetery for an authority under section 150.
An application under subsection (1) must contain the prescribed information from a prescribed person.
For the purposes of subsection (2), prescribed person means—
a registered medical practitioner who treated the person to whom the body part belonged; or
a registered medical practitioner of the hospital where the person to whom the body part belonged was treated; or

a coroner; or
a person or class of person prescribed for the purposes of this section.
