157 Grant of exhumation licence
(1)
After considering an application for an exhumation licence, the Secretary may—
(a)
grant the exhumation licence; or
(b)
refuse to grant the exhumation licence.
(2)
An exhumation licence may be granted subject to such terms and conditions as the Secretary thinks fit and as are specified in the exhumation licence.
