Appointed days

(1)

The Governor in Council, by order published in the Government Gazette, may appoint a day as the appointed day in relation to The Mildura Cemetery Trust for the purposes of this Schedule.

(2)

The Governor in Council, by order published in the Government Gazette, may appoint a day as the appointed day in relation to The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust for the purposes of this Schedule.

(3)

The Governor in Council, by order published in the Government Gazette, may appoint a day as the appointed day in relation to The Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust for the purposes of this Schedule.
