3 Resignation and removal of members
(1)
A member of a Class A cemetery trust may resign the office of member by writing signed by the member and addressed to the Minister.
(2)
The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, may at any time remove a member of a Class A cemetery trust from office.
