61 Records as evidence
(1)
A record required to be kept under this Part is evidence in any proceedings of the interments, places of interment, cremations or rights of interment appearing in that record.
(2)
A copy or extract from a record kept under this Part by a cemetery trust and sealed by that cemetery trust is evidence in any proceedings of the interments, places of interment, cremations or rights of interment appearing in that copy or extract.
