63 Effect of order closing public cemetery
(1)
On the making of an order under section 62—
(a)
the public cemetery or part of the public cemetery to which the order applies is closed; and
(b)
no further interments are permitted at the closed cemetery, regardless of whether there are any existing rights of interment in relation to the closed cemetery.
(2)
Subject to this Act, the regulations, the model rules or the cemetery trust rules (if any), members of the public may visit a closed cemetery.
