71 Cemetery trust may remove memorials
(1)
A cemetery trust may remove any memorials or other structures in the area to which an approval to convert applies.
(2)
A cemetery trust may dispose of any memorial or other structure removed under subsection (1) as it sees fit and must do so in a respectful and appropriate manner.
