81 Offence to receive certain consideration for right of interment
A person must not receive any consideration for or in connection with the transfer or use of a right of interment except—
(a)
in accordance with section 79(2); or
(b)
as a refund from a cemetery trust under this Act.
- 240 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment or both.
