94 Effect of order discontinuing granting rights of interment
On the making of an order under section 93—
(a)
a cemetery trust must not grant any new rights of interment in respect of the area of the public cemetery to which the order applies; and
(b)
no further interments are permitted in the area of the public cemetery to which the order applies, unless the interment is pursuant to—
(i)
a right of interment which was granted before the making of the order; or
(ii)
an exception, exemption or qualification specified in the relevant order.
