96 Offence to desecrate places of interment
(1)
Except in accordance with this Act, a person must not wilfully break open, damage, desecrate or destroy a place of interment.
- 240 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment or both.
(2)
Nothing in this section prevents a cemetery trust from carrying out any function under this Act.
