(1)
Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed.
(2)
If a provision of this Act does not come into operation within the period of 12 months beginning on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent, it comes into operation on the day after the end of that period.
